Cybercom Software was founded in Canberra in 1995 with a
straightforward mission: build tools that help businesses save time,
work smarter, and make life a little easier. Not tools that look good in
a demo but fall apart on a busy Monday morning.
PhonePad grew out of a simple observation — offices were
still relying on paper message slips, and important calls were falling
through the cracks. We built something better. Thirty years later, it's still the product we're most proud of, and it's still being actively developed and improved.
Over the years, PhonePad has found its way into law firms,
medical centres, accounting practices, government offices, real estate
agencies, and hundreds of other businesses across Australia, New
Zealand, and beyond. The common thread? Offices where the phone never
stops ringing and missing a message isn't an option.
We're not a big company. We're a small Australian software
business that takes pride in knowing our product inside out, answering
support questions personally, and listening when customers tell us what
would make their working day easier. That's how PhonePad has kept
getting better for three decades — and it's how it'll keep improving.
