• Purchases: when you purchase a product, we collect the personal and billing information you provide (name, email address, and payment details). This is required to issue your licence, provide installation support, and allow you to recover your licence details if needed. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider — we do not store credit card details.
• Support enquiries: when you contact us by email or phone, we collect the information you provide in order to respond to and resolve your enquiry.
• Mailing list subscriptions: if you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your first name and email address. This information is used to keep you informed of new releases, updates, and important announcements.
  
• Customer portal login activity: we log IP addresses for successful and failed login attempts to our customer portal (My PhonePad) for the purpose of protecting your account and preventing unauthorised access.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party
• We do not share your personal information with external organisations, resellers, or joint-venture partners         
• We do not purchase or acquire email addresses or personal information from data brokers or list providers

• We do not store credit card numbers or other financial data on our servers
• We do not send unsolicited emails (spam). If you receive an email from us, it is because you have subscribed, downloaded a trial, or purchased a product

We do not set cookies on this website except in the following limited circumstance: if you use the "Remember Me" option when logging into our customer portal (My PhonePad), a cookie is set on your device for your convenience. This cookie is not used for tracking or advertising purposes. You are not required to use this option.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are most visited and how people navigate the site. This helps us improve the content and usability of phonepad.au.
