How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours on business days. In practice it's usually much faster. Phone is available Mon–Fri, 9am–4pm AEST for sales and pre-sales calls.
I'm having a technical problem — what's the best way to get help?
Email support is always the best first step. It lets us send you detailed instructions, screenshots, and files that are much more useful than a phone conversation for technical issues. Start at our Support page — many common issues are already documented there.
I'm evaluating PhonePad for my office — can I talk to someone?

Do you offer remote installation help?
Yes — free remote installation assistance is included for first time installation, including trials. If you need a hand getting set up, just reach out and we'll connect remotely and get everything sorted at no charge.
