How does user-based licensing work?

You purchase a licence based on the number of people who will use PhonePad — not the number of computers it's installed on. You can install the workstation software on as many PCs as you like. Only the server software is limited to one machine.

What happens after 12 months?

Your licence is perpetual — PhonePad keeps working indefinitely. After 12 months, your free updates period expires. You can optionally renew the Care Plan for continued major and minor updates at a discounted renewal rate (40% of the original licence price).

Can I try before I buy?

Yes — download the fully functional 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Every feature is available during the trial period so you can be completely confident before purchasing.

We have more than 90 users. What do we do?

Email us at sales@cybercom-software.com and we'll work out a price that suits your organisation's size. Large deployments are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Is installation included?

PhonePad is straightforward to install and most customers are up and running without any help at all. But if you do need a hand, free remote installation assistance is included with every licence — just reach out and we'll connect remotely and get everything sorted for you at no extra charge.

Do I need to buy add-ons separately?

Yes. MessageSender, Appointment Calendar, and PhonePad Web are optional add-ons purchased separately. The core PhonePad licence includes all standard features. Add-ons extend functionality for specific needs.
